夏日小清新,酸甜清香法式柠檬挞!

  • 杏仁粉25g
  • 中筋面粉60g
  • 全蛋液23g
  • 糖粉23g
  • 黄油35g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 细砂糖20g
  • 蜂蜜12g
  • 柠檬汁15g
  • 柠檬皮屑1个
  • 黄油35g
  • 淡奶油50g
  • 青柠2个

Steps to make 夏日小清新,酸甜清香法式柠檬挞!

  • 1.杏仁粉、中筋面粉、蛋液、糖粉、软化的黄油放在一起搅拌均匀。
  • 2.手揉成团,压扁装保鲜袋冷藏1小时。
  • 3.取出擀成挞皮,用塔圈压出圆形做挞底。
  • 4.把面团再次整形,擀成片,切出23CM*2CM大小的三条。
  • 5.围在塔圈内壁,挞底用叉子扎出小眼。
  • 6.高出塔圈的部分,用刀切掉。
  • 7.送入150度预热好的烤箱烤20分钟。
  • 8.开始制作柠檬酱,鸡蛋、砂糖、蜂蜜、柠檬汁、还有一个柠檬的皮屑放在奶锅中,小火加热,边加热边搅拌至粘稠。
  • 9.关火放入黄油,搅拌均匀。
  • 10.晾凉后装裱花袋,挤在烤好的挞皮上。
  • 11.用抹刀抹平,挤上打发好的淡奶油、撒上青柠皮屑做装饰。
