日式豆腐沙律
酢物:即醋拌的凉菜,不能当主菜。西餐沙律经过日式改良之后,成为凉拌菜系列中的重要一员,本次凉拌菜为日式豆腐沙律。

    Steps to make 日式豆腐沙律

    • 1.洋葱丝倒入冰水。
    • 2.红萝卜丝倒入冰水。
    • 3.番茄倒入冰水。
    • 4.锅烧热不放油放入豚肉片。
    • 5.微火,不可以开大火,那样会让肉质快速变硬。
    • 6.不断翻动每片肉以至于每片肉都均匀受热。
    • 7.肉片变色后可开大火煎30秒然后关火。
    • 8.碗中放入沙律酱加柳橙酱搅拌均匀。
    • 9.在搅拌均匀的酱中加入一匙鲜榨柠檬汁。
    • 10.全部搅拌均匀。
    • 11.加入一匙炒熟的黑芝麻。
    • 12.加入豆腐轻轻搅拌。
    • 13.将冰水里的食材取出挤干水分。
    • 14.放入盘中。
    • 15.将肉片放在蔬菜上。
    • 16.放上拌好的豆腐以及酱汁。
    • 17.撒上蒜苗粒和罗勒就好了,要吃的时候只需要将食材拌匀(如果不喜欢蒜苗的人可以将蒜苗放在冰上去除大量异味)。
