Steps to make 土豆洋葱炸酱面

  • 1.土豆、猪肉、欣和甜面酱、葱、姜、蒜。
  • 2.先把猪肉切成小丁,裹上淀粉。
  • 3.葱、姜、蒜切碎。
  • 4.再把洋葱切成小丁。
  • 5.锅里放油,六成热放入肉丁煸炒。
  • 6.放入葱、姜、蒜末煸炒。
  • 7.倒入欣和甜面酱、料酒、酱油翻炒。
  • 8.放入土豆丁翻炒。
  • 9.添加少许水烧开,用小火焖5分钟。
  • 10.放入洋葱丁炒熟,放入盐、味精调味即可。
  • 11.锅里放水烧开,放入面条煮3--5分钟即可。
  • 12.把面盛到碗里,浇上做好的炸酱。拌匀就可以吃了。
