  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.锅内水烧开后，把解冻好的鸡腿放入焯烫下，牙签插入的时候没有血水，即可捞出。
  • 3.把焯烫好的鸡腿加入适量的炸鸡粉腌制半小时入味；然后把鸡腿裹匀面粉。
  • 4.再裹好蛋液。
  • 5.粘上面包糠。
  • 6.放入锅内炸至金黄即可。
  • 7.没有炸鸡粉的童鞋，可以自己加点盐，白胡椒粉，鸡精，少许白糖，烤肉酱腌制入味。
