沙棘凉糕
拿到沙棘饮料,一时间各种想法翻涌而起,捋了捋,还是先来个简单易行的沙棘凉糕。其实就是凉粉的做法,只不过把水换成这沙棘饮料而已。猜想做好的成品应当是橙色,酸甜。
没有加糖,这饮料原本就有足够甜味。数分钟的加热搅拌+一段时间的冷藏凝固,可能加热时间短了些,凉糕水分偏多,娇嫩易损,脱模的时候没能脱出一个完整漂亮的长方形来。好在还有大部分可以切出小方块来。
参照着牛奶小方的模样给裹了一层椰蓉,看起来颜值倍增,吃起来却感觉椰蓉的味道盖过了沙棘,还不如什么都不裹,或者,裹上一层白糖也要比椰蓉好。。。。

Steps to make 沙棘凉糕

  • 1.用料:每颗美棘沙棘饮料240毫升,玉米淀粉30克,椰蓉适量
  • 2.将少量沙棘饮料和淀粉一起倒入锅中,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.加入剩下的沙棘汁,
  • 4.搅拌均匀,至火上中小火加热,并不断搅拌。
  • 5.浆液浓稠,能划出纹路,离火。
  • 6.倒入容器中,放入冰箱冷藏,
  • 7.凝固后取出,
  • 8.脱模。
  • 9.切成小方块。
  • 10.放入椰蓉中滚上一层。
  • 11.装盘,食用。
