  • 6.洋葱,姜,蒜,都切块切丁。
  • 7.砂锅加热,加一点油。
  • 8.加入洋葱姜蒜块,煸香。
  • 9.把腌制好的笔管鱼铺在砂锅里。
  • 10.倒入腌制笔管鱼的酱汁。
  • 11.盖上盖子,沿着盖子倒一点啤酒。
  • 12.大火焖煮五分钟。
  • 13.出锅前撒一把香菜。
