苹果干
过年间,一大堆的苹果放在家中没人吃,就用来做苹果干吧,保证一会就被扫光光。我做的这个苹果干边缘是脆的,中间是稍有湿度,两种口感,好吃!

    Steps to make 苹果干

    • 1.苹果用盐调点水泡洗一会
    • 2.把洗好的苹果连皮切片(也可去皮)
    • 3.用一锅沸水加适量的糖把苹果片煮至稍软,约10分钟左右
    • 4.晾去水份
    • 5.把苹果片在烤架上排好,置150度热的烤箱里
    • 6.每烤30分钟左右取出苹果翻动一下,晾至温温的再放烤箱重烤,直至水份只有10%左右即可
