儿时记忆中的炉果
小时候的零食好少,几乎没几样,但每一样味道都很经典,那个年代能够有零食吃也很满足了,炉果就是我最爱之一,光闻味道就很香了,吃上一块又香又脆,真的很喜欢。今天我们来复制一下曾经火遍大街小巷的炉果吧!

  • 普通面粉500克
  • 大豆油180克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 细砂糖160克
  • 臭粉5克
  • 50克

Steps to make 儿时记忆中的炉果

  • 1.臭粉放入小碗中。
  • 2.加入50克水融化。
  • 3.将臭粉水倒入一个大的打蛋盆中。
  • 4.依次加入大豆油、鸡蛋、细砂糖。
  • 5.用手动打蛋器搅拌均匀。
  • 6.面粉倒在案板上,中间挖一个坑,加入液体部分。
  • 7.用刮板翻拌。
  • 8.翻拌到无干粉。
  • 9.将面团揉光滑。
  • 10.放入烤盘中压平。
  • 11.分割成小块。
  • 12.刷上一层鸡蛋液,撒上白芝麻。
  • 13.摆入烤盘中,两个炉果间要有间距。
  • 14.放入预热好的烤箱,上下火180度烤30分钟。
  • 15.出炉放凉。
  • 16.颜色金黄又酥又脆。
