  • 树莓少许
  • 蓝莓少许
  • 香草精2滴

Steps to make 抹茶慕斯蛋糕

  • 1.准备好蛋糕底,我用的是四寸加高,所以多备几片(你可以选择喜欢的饼干底或者其它口味蛋糕底都可以)。
  • 2.吉利丁加少许水泡软,其它材料备好。
  • 3.淡奶油加白砂糖。
  • 4.搅打均匀。
  • 5.至有粗花纹状态。
  • 6.吉利丁隔水融化。
  • 7.呈吉利丁液。
  • 8.淡奶油液中加入几滴香草精,搅拌均匀。
  • 9.蛋糕底放入模具底层。
  • 10.淡奶油液中筛入抹茶粉。
  • 11.搅拌均匀。
  • 12.倒入吉利丁液。
  • 13.搅拌均匀。
  • 14.倒入垫了蛋糕底的模具中,然后放入冰箱,冷藏过夜。
  • 15.吃时筛上抹茶粉,装饰水果即可。
