  • 1.玉米粒,薏仁,花生,紫米,燕麦米洗净沥干
  • 2.黑芝麻用水淘洗,控干水分
  • 3.锅里放入黑芝麻,小火轻轻翻炒,炒出芝麻香味,或者用手捏碎芝麻,里面微黄即可
  • 4.豆浆机放适量水(根据自己喜好的粘稠程度添加)放入五谷杂粮和炒好的黑芝麻
  • 5.按“五谷”键即可
  • 6.准备一个干净容器,放入适量红糖,将打好的米糊放入容器中,与红糖搅拌均匀
  • 7.吃的时候盛入碗里,撒上桂花即可
