帕芙洛娃蛋糕

  • 玉米淀粉5g
  • 柠檬汁2滴
  • 香草精2滴
  • 水果适量(装饰)
  • 白砂糖15g

Steps to make 帕芙洛娃蛋糕

  • 1.蛋清和柠檬汁放入无油无水的盆子里。
  • 2.60g白砂糖和玉米淀粉混合均匀,分成3~5次加入蛋白中打发。
  • 3.打发至湿性发泡,提起打打蛋器大弯勾状态,加入香草精继续打发。
  • 4.蛋白打发至有光泽倒扣不掉。
  • 5.用勺子舀到烤盘中,中间凹下,出炉后放入奶油和水果。
  • 6.烤制上下火140度100分钟左右,随时观察,至微微金黄色。关火不要出,在烤箱内自然冷却。(可以把烤箱开个小缝)
  • 7.水果洗净晾干,切成合适的块。
  • 8.淡奶油加15g白砂糖打发好奶油之后装入裱花袋,随意挤在蛋糕上。
  • 9.再装饰上各式水果即可。美丽的帕芙洛娃蛋糕。
  • 10.完成~成品图。
