  • 1.鸡肉洗净,汆烫去血水,大葱切段、姜切片,干香菇泡开,备用
  • 2.锅内热油,加鸡肉炒到变色出香
  • 3.放入葱、姜、辣椒、八角、酱油、料酒、盐、糖,翻炒均匀,加水没过食材,大火煮滚,转中火,再煮10分钟
  • 4.加入香菇、洗好的滑子菇,继续中火煮30至40分钟即可
