  • 剩饭一勺

Steps to make 果香韩式泡菜

  • 1.大白菜撕大块,放盆中。铺一层菜,撒一层盐,腌两三小时。
  • 2.腌过盐后
  • 3.辣椒去籽,姜,蒜切碎,苹果,凤梨切小块
  • 4.所有配料加水两杯,剩饭一勺,糖一勺,盐一勺,用搅拌机打成浓汁。
  • 5.洗掉白菜上的盐,拌入调味汁,放在容器内,上面压石头。三天左右发酵好。(冬天时间要长些)
  • 6.成品。酸辣加果香,开胃下饭。
