葡萄干司康
这款饼是我用非常懒得方式做成的。并没有按照司康应有的制作步骤操作,而是将材料全部倒入盆中,胡乱揉成的。口感比平时吃的司康更脆一些。加上葡萄干,酸酸甜甜,非常不错。

  • 低粉150g
  • 黄油50g
  • 泡打粉4.5g
  • 细砂糖30g
  • 1g
  • 牛奶70ml
  • 葡萄干25g

Steps to make 葡萄干司康

  • 1.黄油提前室温软化。
  • 2.低筋面粉加盐和泡打粉提前混合过筛,然后和细砂糖一起加入到黄油中。
  • 3.倒入牛奶,用手轻抓成粘稠的面团。
  • 4.然后加入葡萄干,轻轻抓匀。
  • 5.然后将面团分成25g左右的小剂子,用手随意揉得接近圆。
  • 6.将揉好的小面团排放到铺有油纸的烤盘中。
  • 7.用刷子在小面团表面刷一层牛奶。
  • 8.烤箱预热,190度15分钟,转160度5分钟。
