Steps to make 豆皮春卷

  • 1.梅条肉切粗丝,用所有调料腌拌15分钟。
  • 2.腐衣皮切成小正方形,韭菜洗净且寸段,少许面粉调成面浆。
  • 3.炒锅到油滑炒肉丝,变色后捞出备用。
  • 4.取一张腐衣皮放上肉丝,再放上一些韭菜。
  • 5.轻轻卷起,接口的地方抹上一些面浆,把接口粘牢。
  • 6.依次全部包好,锅中倒油加热到6成热,放入春卷炸至金黄。
  • 7.出锅放入厨房吸油纸上,吸取一些油份,就开吃啦!
