简易版猪脚姜

  • 猪脚蹄1个
  • 老姜400g
  • 香醋250ml
  • 红糖1片
  • 半勺

Steps to make 简易版猪脚姜

  • 1.备好图中材料
  • 2.干锅,不放油,放入姜片,炒干水
  • 3.猪脚,冷水下锅,煮开后再煮10分钟
  • 4.煮好的猪脚,用清水冲洗干净
  • 5.锅内倒入香醋,炒好的姜片,红糖片和适量水,再加入盐,一起煮开
  • 6.煮开后,加入猪脚,一起焖(我用的是电饭锅)
  • 7.焖40分钟后,打开翻动一下,继续煲
  • 8.焖约1小时即可~
  • 9.口感酸甜,软糯
