Steps to make 凉拌鸡蛋

  • 1.准备红辣椒碎,蒜末,葱花备用。
  • 2.鸡蛋洗干净,放入锅中蒸熟或者煮熟。
  • 3.煮熟后放入冷水中浸泡一会,剥皮备用。
  • 4.用切蛋器把鸡蛋切片,没有切蛋器就用刀。
  • 5.摆盘。
  • 6.锅中倒入植物油,烧热后倒入蒜末中呛出香味。
  • 7.然后倒入两勺生抽,一勺醋,一勺蚝油,少许盐,少许鸡粉,搅拌均匀。
  • 8.浇在鸡蛋上即可。
