  • 1.一个羊腿或者羊排
  • 2.羊腿,羊排改刀,把酱油均匀的涂抹在羊腿上或羊排上,然后涂抹辣酱,盐,十三香,辣椒粉腌制6小时,入味!
  • 3.放入烤箱,上下火180度,烤30分,再翻滚过来烤30分,温度调至200度再烤5分钟!
  • 4.一小时后,就可以享用美味了!外焦里嫩,味道浓郁!
