Steps to make 【葱花肉松吐司】

  • 1.除了小葱、肉松、食用油之外的全部材料放入面包机中,遵循先液体后干粉,盐和糖分两端放置的规则。如果有自动投放酵母功能的话,就将酵母粉放入投放盒中,然后选择相应功能,让面包机自动工作。我选择是“超级和风程序”,重量为750g,烧色为中色;
  • 2.时间到后,按下“暂停”键,检查面团状态。最好是将面团揉至完全扩展状态,即能够拉出较为坚韧的薄膜。然后再次按下“暂停”键,让面包机继续发酵工作;
  • 3.等待发酵的时间里,将小葱洗净去根,沥干水分后切葱花,加入少许盐(分量外的),食用油拌匀备用;
  • 4.发酵结束后,按下“暂停”键,将面团从面包机中取出(不要大力拉扯,可以用刮刀辅助)。排气后擀开成大的方形面片,然后撒上葱花和肉松;
  • 5.压薄一侧底边,将面团卷起;
  • 6.捏紧收口后,将面团一切为4,切面向下摆入面包机的搅拌桶中;
  • 7.再次按下“暂停键”,进行二次发酵和烤制工作。烘烤结束后,取出面包桶,稍稍晾凉几分钟,然后震模磕出面包,侧放在晾网上,凉至不烫手,密封保存。
