    Steps to make 美味猪扒饭

    • 1.首先将主原料的里脊肉用刀切成1cm的厚片。
    • 2.再用肉锤将里脊肉两面敲松。
    • 3.敲松了的里脊肉放入一碗中,加入胡椒粉,盐拌匀腌制15分钟。
    • 4.将配料里的青椒切成圈状去籽,西兰花切小朵浸洗干净,红萝卜切花片,洋葱切丝和指天椒切小圈圈,鸡蛋打散,待用。
    • 5.平底锅下油烧热,倒入洋葱丝翻炒出香味,撒点黑椒碎和指天椒圈圈炒匀,倒入适量的酱油和鸡精混合均匀。
    • 6.将混合均匀的酱汁倒入碗中,待用。
    • 7.西兰花和红萝卜片放入下了盐,油和鸡精的开水里汆熟,捞出待用。
    • 8.鸡蛋打散下锅炒成蛋片,用锅铲切成小块,铲起。
    • 9.锅里继续倒入少许油,下蒜末炒香,再倒入青椒圈翻炒出香味,倒入适量酱油和少许鸡精,继续翻炒均匀,倒入鸡蛋块,继续翻炒均匀,盛盘待用。
    • 10.准备好面粉,面包糠和鸡蛋液。
    • 11.将腌制好的里脊肉片分别均匀地粘上面粉,再粘上鸡蛋液,然后均匀地滚上面包糠。
    • 12.放入7成热的油中炸至两面金黄色,成为美味的猪扒了。
    • 13.饭碗里盛好米饭,将炒香河汆熟的配料排入,再将切块的猪扒肉铺上,食用时淋上酱汁即可享用啦。
