Steps to make 麻辣米线

  • 1.干米线提前泡软。
  • 2.干海带丝洗净,泡软;黄豆芽,青菜洗净备用。
  • 3.豆腐皮洗净,切细丝;榨菜剁碎。
  • 4.取一个大碗,根据自己的口味调入盐,香油,花椒粉,生抽,醋,辣椒油。
  • 5.倒入开水,用高汤味道会更好。
  • 6.锅中加水烧开,先放入黄豆芽,再放入海带丝和豆腐皮丝稍煮片,捞出备用。
  • 7.放入泡软的米线,煮软(软硬度看自己的喜欢)。
  • 8.放入青菜烫熟。
  • 9.将米线捞出放入步骤5调好味的碗中,放入青菜,适量黄豆芽,豆腐丝,海带丝,最后撒上榨菜碎和葱花。
