  • 1.糖和黄油放在容器里开打~
  • 2.打至泛白
  • 3.鸡蛋煮熟之后放在冷水里冷却便于剥壳
  • 4.取蛋黄过筛
  • 5.称低筋粉、淀粉,过筛
  • 6.过了晒的蛋黄、玉米淀粉、低筋粉混合
  • 7.搅拌
  • 8.调均
  • 9.手和面
  • 10.揉成团~保鲜袋装好至冰箱冷藏1小时
  • 11.面团取一小块搓成小圆球然后用拇指按下去整形后烘烤
  • 12.烤箱上层180度十六分钟饼干四周稍微泛黄即可
  • 13.冷却即可食用
  • 14.切上水果~泡上咖啡~下午开始
