香辣鸭——新疆味道
鸭肉性凉,营养丰富,特别适宜夏秋季节食用,既能补充过度消耗的营养,又可祛除暑热给人体带来的不适。鸭肉是一种美味佳肴,用鸭子可制成烤鸭、板鸭、香酥鸭、鸭骨汤、熘鸭片、熘干鸭条、炒鸭心花、香菜鸭肝、扒鸭掌等上乘美味。鸭肉适于滋补,是各种美味名菜的主要原料。新疆人做鸭一般就是按做新疆大盘鸡的方法来做,好吃又方便。多是因为鸭肉的营养价值与鸡肉相仿,而新疆人喜欢做大盘菜,所以大盘鸭就诞生了,现在也成了一道家常菜了。

    Steps to make 香辣鸭——新疆味道

    • 1.材料:1鸭腿,土豆 葱姜大蒜,白糖,清油,干山楂片 花椒 胡椒 草果 香叶 桂皮 八角 料酒 鸡精 干红辣椒
    • 2.鸭腿洗净沥干切成块葱切成段,姜切成片 土豆去皮切成块
    • 3.锅中放入适量的水,下入鸭块,烧开后再煮约2分钟,
    • 4.用漏勺将鸭块捞出,用清水冲洗干净后捞出待用;这样可以去鸭子的土腥味
    • 5.锅里放比平时炒菜多点的油,烧至六七成热时放三大勺白糖
    • 6.炒 炒 炒,白糖炒的起泡了,放进鸭块, 4 加花椒 胡椒 草果 香叶 桂皮 八角 蒜片 姜片,料酒适量 干红辣椒 山楂片
    • 7.炒 炒 炒到鸭块有香味儿了,因为鸭很难熟,可以多炒会,
    • 8.就加水至淹没鸭块,中火开始煮5——8分钟,扔进土豆,大蒜加一点盐,再炒, 炒均匀了,
    • 9.土豆煮至自己喜欢的软硬时,加入切好的葱段,加盐鸡精调味,稍微煮一下,就可以出锅了
    • 10.色香味醇,香辣适中,真香啊,非常解馋哦
