    Steps to make 端午粽飘香——黑糯米花生粽

    • 1.黑米洗净,浸泡12小时。
    • 2.糯米洗净,浸泡12小时。
    • 3.红枣洗净,浸泡30分钟。
    • 4.粽叶刷洗干净,上锅蒸20分钟再浸泡到软为止。
    • 5.将花生、糯米、黑米放到一起拌匀。红枣控干水分。
    • 6.准备包制:取一片完整的粽叶,如图折叠好。 放上糯米、冰糖和红枣。
    • 7.再盖上一层米,将粽叶的两端保持交叠,反向折回盖在糯米上,且一定要压紧实。这是调整粽子形状,保证不漏米的关键步骤。
    • 8.最后调整粽叶末端,多余部分可剪掉,用棉线捆扎结实。
    • 9.热水下锅,水量一定要没过粽子!开锅后保持中大火1小时,再转小火焖煮1小时即可。
    • 10.煮好的粽子比较烫,吃之前最好捞出晾一下。
    • 11.趁着还有温热感,剥开一个尝尝鲜吧。
