Steps to make 蒜蓉粉丝蒸大虾

  • 1.准备食材,粉丝清洗干净焯水,过冷水后控净水分,大虾刷洗干净,去掉虾头,开背挑出虾线,去掉虾皮,保留虾尾,虾肉中间开一口,尾部穿过开口造型,虾尾一定要完整保留。取一缕粉丝,每一只大虾都用粉丝缠绕包裹起来。
  • 2.大蒜去皮洗净剁碎,不用太碎,这样口感好。
  • 3.炒锅加入适量的油,下入备好的大部分蒜碎,炒至蒜香浓郁,留少许蒜碎出锅时加入。
  • 4.加入少许盐、料酒、生抽、蚝油、剁椒炒匀,最后加入剩余的蒜碎炒匀。
  • 5.将炒好蒜碎均匀的浇在大虾粉丝上,汤汁一起倒入盘中。
  • 6.蒸锅加入适量的水,水开将准备好的蒜蓉粉丝虾放入蒸屉,大火烧开,蒸10分钟左右。
  • 7.蒸好的蒜蓉粉丝大虾出锅,取少许蒜苗洗净切碎,洒在上边点缀一下。
