  • 1.主料:小花蛤2斤
  • 2.副料:葱、姜、蒜、青红椒
  • 3.葱、姜、蒜、青红椒改刀备用
  • 4.清水中放适量的盐搅匀
  • 5.把小花蛤放入盐水中浸泡半天,等小花蛤吐尽泥沙后沥干水份
  • 6.锅中加油爆香葱、姜、蒜、青红椒末
  • 7.倒入小花蛤翻炒;
  • 8.加入适量的盐
  • 9.加入适量生抽后继续翻炒;
  • 10.盖上锅盖焖2分钟,让锅内迅速升温,这样小花蛤就会快速开口
  • 11.小花蛤开口后撒点青、红椒圈即可出锅
