现在是草莓当季,突发奇想来个草莓泡酒。

    Steps to make 草莓酒

    • 1.将新鲜草莓去蒂洗干净,这是我自己种的就不用浸泡盐水。
    • 2.洗好凉干或用厨房纸巾擦干水份。
    • 3.玻璃罐要无水无油。
    • 4.一层草莓一层冰糖的叠加,直至放满。
    • 5.倒入白洒,刚好过面就可以了。(我用的是自家种的大米叫师傅加工的白酒,有45度。)
    • 6.扭上盖子密封,静候2—4星期就可以喝了。
