Steps to make 荷兰豆炒河粉

  • 1.河粉打散。
  • 2.荷兰豆摘洗干净。
  • 3.胡萝卜去皮切丝,蒜剁末。
  • 4.事先腌好的鸡胸肉。(鸡胸肉切薄片,放蚝油,生抽,老抽,糖,料酒,生粉抓捏均匀。常备些在冰箱,很方便)
  • 5.虾仁解冻,挤干水份。
  • 6.热油锅,把鸡肉炒熟,盛起备用。
  • 7.利用余油把虾仁炒熟,盛起备用。
  • 8.再起油锅,把蒜和胡萝卜放入炒2-3分钟。
  • 9.放荷兰豆炒至断生。
  • 10.放入河粉炒。
  • 11.放蚝油,生抽,老抽炒匀。
  • 12.放入虾仁和鸡肉炒。
  • 13.炒匀即可。
  • 14.小孩的至爱。
