  • 1.酸菜洗净剁碎.
  • 2.肉末加食盐、生抽、生粉上下拌匀(别像拌肉馅一样顺时针搅,形容成团)
  • 3.青红椒、姜蒜、香菇蒂切碎。
  • 4.锅烧干倒入食油,微冒烟时下肉末翻炒至变色铲起备用。
  • 5.锅内留底油,下姜蒜香菇蒂煸香。
  • 6.倒入酸菜翻炒。
  • 7.倒放肉末及青红椒翻炒,至青红椒断生时加生抽、蚝油调味即可。
