  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.黄油打至发白
  • 3.糖粉分三次融合到黄油中,用打蛋器搅搅,再打,避免糖粉飞溅。
  • 4.加奶粉混合
  • 5.蛋液分三次用电动打蛋器混合
  • 6.低筋面粉中加入一刻苏打粉混合
  • 7.准备把两种材料混合
  • 8.用勺子做量勺,这样每次分配的面糊都很均匀
  • 9.用手掌做丈量,这样每次做的饼都差不多大小
  • 10.表面刷蛋液,撒上那种烘烤专用的巧克力豆
  • 11.烤箱最底层上下火160度烤10分钟,再放入烤箱中层烤5到10分钟,根据饼的大小和上色程度酌情增减时间。
