三鲜水饺
有次超市活动买了些三鲜的水饺,小耿爱上了饺子里面青豆和玉米粒,没吃多少又吃不下了,太腻,我就买了点原料回来自己包些,到底是原料上的区别,明显的好吃多了!

Steps to make 三鲜水饺

  • 1.准备的原料。
  • 2.面粉和水按2:1的比例加水。
  • 3.揉成光滑的面团,盖上保鲜膜醒面。
  • 4.黑木耳切末,甜玉米棒取下玉米粒待用。
  • 5.水烧开,青豆,玉米粒,黑木耳焯水。
  • 6.卷心菜用料理机打碎,先用油拌匀。
  • 7.再加入焯好的青豆,玉米粒,黑木耳,腿肉剁成肉酱一起加入。再加入盐,老抽,生抽,白糖,鲜辣粉。
  • 8.一个方向搅拌上劲。
  • 9.醒好的面团分成小份。
  • 10.面团擀成薄片,放人包饺子的模具中,加入适量的馅。
  • 11.将模具合起捏紧就可以。
  • 12.煮熟开吃。
