Steps to make 【清蒸鱿鱼圈】--- 简单的方法制作营养的美味

  • 1.原料图。
  • 2.小鱿鱼洗净,切成小圈,沥一下水份。
  • 3.锅中加热少许油,放入切好的葱、姜、蒜末中火煸香。
  • 4.捞出放入碗中,调入上述所有调料拌匀备用。(这一步油不用多,如果多了可以别盛出来,主要是要煸香的葱、姜、蒜末)
  • 5.豆芽洗净铺在盘底。
  • 6.再把鱿鱼圈铺在豆芽上。
  • 7.较均匀地淋上一半料汁。
  • 8.放入开水锅中,大火蒸约5分钟至熟。
  • 9.移入要上桌的盘子里,撒上切好的红椒丝和香葱段。(如果直接用蒸盘上桌的可省略换盘此步)
  • 10.淋入剩余的一般料汁,再浇上少许烧至冒烟的热油即可。
