香葱火腿面包卷

Steps to make 香葱火腿面包卷

  • 1.3克酵母倒进100清水静置5分钟,20克黄油室温软化,160克高筋面粉、40克低筋面粉、20克白糖、10克奶粉、30克鸡蛋、3克盐粉倒入和面盆
  • 2.用筷子混匀
  • 3.倒入酵母水继续搅匀
  • 4.混匀后的面团移至揉面垫开始揉面
  • 5.适量的摔打有利于面团起筋
  • 6.大概十分钟后拉开面团可以看到比较粗的筋面
  • 7.这时加入软化后的20克黄油继续揉
  • 8.十分钟后可以拿出薄膜即可
  • 9.收圆盖上保鲜膜进行发酵
  • 10.一个钟后发酵至1.5倍大后按压排气滚圆静置松弛15分钟
  • 11.用擀面杖擀开,一边用手压薄
  • 12.先涂上一层沙拉酱再撒上事先切好的火腿丁和葱花,记得压薄处不用撒
  • 13.从下往上卷起切成八等分
  • 14.依次放上不粘烤盘
  • 15.盖上保鲜盖进行二次发酵
  • 16.40分钟后发酵至1.5倍
  • 17.烤箱上下火180度预热后放入中层烤制20分钟即可
  • 18.出炉晾凉就可以出了
