刺身也叫鱼脍、生鱼片、鱼生,是以新鲜的鱼贝类生切成片儿,蘸调味儿料食用的食物总称,起源于中国,后传至日本和韩国。用来做刺身的材料一定要新鲜,常见的有金枪鱼、鲷鱼、比目鱼、鲣鱼、三文鱼、鲈鱼、等海鱼bn有鲤鱼、鲫鱼等淡水鱼。在古代,鲤鱼曾经是做刺身的上品原料,如今刺身已不限于鱼类原料了,螺蛤类,虾和蟹,海参海胆、章鱼,鱿鱼,黑鱼,鲸鱼,鸡肉、鹿肉和马肉,都可以做刺身的原料。文字来自网络,再学习一次。
三文鱼我昨天自己杀的,不吃刺身真心是可惜了,连忙做来。这是我一个人的菜,家里其它人不喜欢吃。嘿嘿,习惯就是那么强大,小妞儿都吃进嘴里了,却一定要吐出来,不习惯。我想她日后慢慢的大了,会喜欢这个的,口感味道都是那么好,没有理由不喜欢啊。
材料:三文鱼 紫苏叶 (我的紫苏还没有长大,实际上用的是藿香叶) 橙子 柠檬 冰块
调料:鱼生酱油 芥茉膏

    Steps to make 三文鱼刺身

    • 1.材料图。
    • 2.调料图。
    • 3.冰块入料理机打成冰碎。
    • 4.将碎冰放在盘子里,我用纯净水冻的冰,没有包锡纸或者包鲜膜。
    • 5.在冰上面铺主干净的紫苏叶,摆上切好的鱼片儿,可以简单造型一下。再用橙子围个边。
    • 6.取一个小碗,倒上鱼生酱油,挤上芥末膏。
    • 7.拌均匀。
    • 8.同摆好的刺身一起上桌吧。
