Steps to make 辣炒小人仙

  • 1.蛏子放盐清水静置半小时以上吐吐脏东西,然后锅里放1片姜水开后放入蛏子焯水,水再开捞出。
  • 2.配菜均切成细丝备用。
  • 3.冷油放入白糖,糖化后倒入蛏子和配菜翻炒,炒出香味后放入蒜蓉辣酱和耗油继续翻炒,出锅前淋入蒸鱼豉油。
  • 4.完成。
