自制健康油条
一直都挺喜欢吃油条的。还记得小时候,一碗胡辣汤,两根单匹油条,是我最为向往的早餐之一。

后来,听说很多街上卖的油条添加什么乱七八糟的东东,而且油也是反复煎炸,十分不健康。也就不再想吃了。

再后来,看到美食家好多朋友自己做油条,我也慌慌着做,只可惜,总是做得不太好。好几次都是面几乎发不起来,而且很黏很黏。但是每次炸出来的油条味道还都可以,只是,相貌实在一般。最后来,我就不加鸡蛋试了试,还真不是那么粘了,做起来顺手许多,只是,依然,没有想象中蓬松。

  • 油条膨松剂5克

Steps to make 自制健康油条

  • 1.将所有材料混合均匀,揉成光滑的面团,常温放置9个小时(我放了一夜)。
  • 2.将面团压扁,成扁条状。
  • 3.切成10个小条,分别拉长。
  • 4.每两个小条叠压在一起。
  • 5.用筷子在中间压一个印。
  • 6.拉伸后放入200度的油锅内。
  • 7.一面炸至金黄后翻面。
  • 8.两面炸至金黄即可。
