Steps to make 油焖虾

  • 1.虾洗净、从背部剪开抽掉虾肠,用手挤压出头部沙袋。加入盐、料酒腌制10分钟
  • 2.调料准备好
  • 3.锅里放油烧热、下姜蒜辣椒炒出香味
  • 4.加入虾翻炒至变色
  • 5.加入料酒、生抽、老抽翻炒均匀后,淋入少许水焖2分钟,然后加入少许糖提鲜,撒入葱花即可出锅
