自制酸奶
说起这酸奶,最早还是上学的时候在北京尝到的那种瓷瓶装的,需要回收的那种老式酸奶,并且一喝就爱上了它的味道。要说牛奶和酸奶之间选择,我还是喜欢酸奶的味道。晚上把酸奶和酸奶酵母菌发放到酸奶机里,早起就能喝到,放了草莓进去,美美滴感觉。

  • 酸奶酵母菌0.5克

Steps to make 自制酸奶

  • 1.准备好纯牛奶和酸奶酵母菌
  • 2.把装酸奶的容器和盖子用开水冲烫1分钟以上,消毒,然后把牛奶倒入容器中
  • 3.然后把酸奶酵母菌也倒入容器中
  • 4.用筷子把牛奶和酸奶搅拌均匀,盖上容器盖子,放入酸奶机的发酵缸内
  • 5.接通酸奶机的电源,进行发酵,发酵时间8-9个小时,在制作过程中不要打开盖子,因为酸奶是最后一个小时成型
  • 6.9小时后,拔掉电源,已经成豆腐花状,酸奶发酵好了
  • 7.发酵好的酸奶可以立即饮用,但是不是最佳口感,可以将容器放入冰箱冷藏钝化,24小时后,酸奶的香味纯正,口感更好。我稍加冷藏,拌了自制的玫瑰酱,味道特别的棒
  • 8.放了朵花盆里掉落的小干花,漂亮吧
  • 9.又切了3个草莓片,贴到了杯壁上,再倒入酸奶,草莓酸奶来了。
