  • 1.所有材料准备好,蟹黄菇用手撕成细丝和葱香菜放在淡盐水浸泡15-20分钟后清洗干净装盘备用。
  • 2.洗净的葱切,香菜末备用。
  • 3.锅内倒入适量油烧热,放入切好的葱末爆出香味。
  • 4.放入洗好的蟹黄菇翻炒均匀。
  • 5.倒入适量水烧开。
  • 6.煮开的蟹黄菇打入2个鸡蛋,用铲子把鸡蛋弄撒煮开。
  • 7.倒入2匙盐和切好的香菜末搅拌几下关火盛出。
  • 8.喝之前滴几滴香油搅拌几下即可。
