    • 1.腐竹洗净泡胀用开水焯一下,捞出沥干水分,切段;黄瓜洗净切成菱形片,将两种食材放入容器中,加生抽、味精、白糖、精盐、醋、香油腌一小会儿。
    • 2.洒上黑芝麻拌匀。
    • 3.把拌好的腐竹盛盘。
    • 4.干辣椒切成小圈。
    • 5.上炒锅将油放入锅内,待热至七八成时,下入花椒,干辣椒,炒香关火。
    • 6.将锅内的热油淋在拌好的腐竹上面即可。
