Steps to make 蓑衣黄瓜

  • 1.洗净的黄瓜两头去掉,把到横着垂直切,注意千万不能切断,都是连刀片。下面剩余大约5毫米的样子
  • 2.一面切好后,把黄瓜180度翻身,然后把刀倾斜为45度,依然是切连刀片。
  • 3.切好的黄瓜可以拉开但是不能断
  • 4.把切好的黄瓜用盐腌制20分钟左右
  • 5.腌制黄瓜的时候调一个料汁:苹果醋、辣椒油、香油调均匀。也可以用白醋代替苹果醋,或者用其他果醋都可以
  • 6.腌制好的黄瓜,倒上料汁即可
  • 7.装盘享用吧。
