【煎西葫芦】原香原味儿西葫芦
  
以前煎都把西葫刨成丝,加面粉鸡蛋煎成面拖,这次换了一个方法,直接煎西葫芦片,只加了一点蛋液和淀粉,一点儿盐,很好吃呢。从来都不爱吃菜的外甥女也特别喜欢吃。

    Steps to make 煎西葫芦

    • 1.  材料图。
    • 2.将西葫芦切圆片,约0.3至0.5毫米,放在大碗里,加盐稍腌。
    • 3.  鸡蛋加一点儿水,充分打散。
    • 4.将腌过的西葫芦用水冲一下,先蘸上蛋液,再粘上干粉。
    • 5.平底锅烧热,倒一些油,放上西葫芦片,小火慢慢的煎香。
    • 6.一面泛黄后翻面,煎好出锅。
