爱糯米食品——紫薯汤圆
经过试验得出用紫薯做汤圆没有用南瓜做的漂亮,也许是我糯米粉放少了,颜色偏深了一点,我是喜欢那种淡紫色的,如果再和一个白糯米团一起做双色汤圆应该会好很多。又想起昨天一个朋友说根本不可能把你和做饭连在一起,没想到还能做出馒头,哎,朋友就是朋友,毕竟不是好朋友,做饭也是很正常的事,我的好朋友几乎都会做饭,只是男生总是把女生想成弱智一样,真真是好笑。

Steps to make 爱糯米食品——紫薯汤圆

  • 1.紫薯洗净切块入锅蒸熟(我的是迷你紫薯,比较小所以用了两根)
  • 2.蒸熟的紫薯去皮
  • 3.趁热压成紫薯泥(我压了泥后觉得不怎么烫了就又蒸了一会儿)
  • 4.少许黑芝麻粉和红糖拌匀成馅料待用(我不喜欢带线的汤圆,所以这是给奶奶做的有馅料的,想要有流沙的效果和更可口的话就加入猪油一起拌匀成馅料,我奶奶虽然一点也不胖可是却有点三高,所以猪油还是算了吧)
  • 5.紫薯泥蒸热后趁热加入糯米粉
  • 6.糯米粉要分次加入,用手揉成团
  • 7.粉团如果干的话可加适量的温水
  • 8.包馅
  • 9.揉成圆形,依次做好
  • 10.做好的紫薯汤圆,很多都没包馅,我整了几个圆形后还是觉着小时候奶奶用手直接捏一块粉团成小块最好,朴实却也最浓香
  • 11.做好后入开水锅中中火煮至浮起在小火煮两分钟即可
  • 12.还加了上次做的南瓜汤圆同煮
  • 13.不知道紫薯汤圆冻了后再煮颜色会不会浅一点,就早上的情况看还是南瓜汤圆漂亮
