端午粽飘香——豆沙龙舟粽
最近喜欢上了龙舟粽,纤细苗条的外形着实让人喜爱。今天包的这个豆沙粽可是一改传统用料的单一,绝对是料足味香哦!

    Steps to make 端午粽飘香——豆沙龙舟粽

    • 1.将买来的粽叶刷洗几遍,入凉水煮沸,保持煮开约20分钟。捞出放入水中浸泡一夜(水量没过粽叶),用时提前取出控干水分。
    • 2.将糯米、黑米、红小豆、绿豆、豇豆、花生提前淘洗干净,浸泡一夜。用前把它们混合好。
    • 3.将豆沙馅等分好备用。
    • 4.准备包制:取一片完整的粽叶,如图折叠好。
    • 5.取适量混好的原料填入粽叶。
    • 6.加入一份豆沙馅。
    • 7.再盖上一层料,压紧实。
    • 8.将粽叶的两端保持交叠,反向折回盖在糯米上,且一定要压紧实。这是调整粽子形状,保证不漏米的关键步骤。
    • 9.最后调整粽叶末端,多余部分可剪掉,用棉线捆扎结实。
    • 10.热水下锅,水量一定要没过粽子!开锅后保持中大火1小时,再转小火焖煮1小时即可。
    • 11.煮好的粽子比较烫,吃之前最好捞出晾一下。
    • 12.晾到刚刚不烫嘴时,我家的馋猫就忍不住剥开一个啦,呵呵~那就抢一张特写吧!
