和我家妞去菜场,应丫头的要求买了青豌豆,碧绿饱满看着很漂亮,她一路上蹦蹦跳跳,一会跑到我前面,把我丢的好远,一会又蹲到路边采野花,看小虫子,落在我后面一大截,看我走远了,才屁颠颠的追上来......

买回的青豌豆,一部分清炒给她吃,另一部分我就折腾做了这款青豆糕

  • 吉利丁2片(或者琼脂5克)
  • 清水150克
  • 白糖30克
  • 炼乳1汤匙

  • 1.将青豌豆剥出豆仁,冲洗干净
  • 2.加清水入锅煮熟,放凉
  • 3.将煮好的青豆和水一起倒入料理机,加白糖
  • 4.并加入炼乳(不喜欢奶香味的可以不用加)
  • 5.加入洗净的薄荷一起打碎
  • 6.用细的网筛过滤一下
  • 7.吉利丁加少许水泡软,隔热水融化
  • 8.将融好的吉利丁溶液倒入青豆泥中,搅拌均匀
  • 9.将混合溶液倒入干净保鲜盒中放冰箱冷藏成型
  • 10.取出,用牙签沿着保鲜盒四周轻轻划一圈,倒扣,切小块装盘就可以食用
