比普通韩式拌饭更简单,更少的食材,但是同样酸辣,口感丰富,好吃下饭

  • 辣白菜30克
  • 洋葱15克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 米饭1碗
  • 韩式辣酱1大勺
  • 植物油1勺
  • 葱花儿少许
  • 黑芝麻少许
  • 少许
  • 鸡粉少许

Steps to make 韩式酸辣鱿鱼盖饭

  • 1.鱿鱼剪开洗净,扒皮,翻面
  • 2.先“左上右下”的方向切均匀的条,底部切透不切断
  • 3.再旋转90度,同样交叉切花刀,然后分成几段
  • 4.在七八十度的水中快速焯一下,沥净水份备用,切洋葱,准备辣白菜
  • 5.热锅热油爆香洋葱、韩式辣酱炒匀
  • 6.下辣白菜、鱿鱼和盐,翻炒几下,出锅前洒少许鸡粉提味
  • 7.热锅热油,将鸡蛋打入平底不粘锅,煎至七八成熟,就是底部凝固,边缘有焦痕,蛋黄表面薄薄一层稍有流动的样子,盛在米饭和辣白菜鱿鱼花上,拌匀即可
