用海绵蛋糕等承受力较强的蛋糕坯即可。

Steps to make 雪娃娃翻糖蛋糕

  • 1.取选好的色素分别将翻糖膏染成想要的颜色
  • 2.案板上撒一些糖粉,手上抹白油,量好蛋糕的大小,将主体颜色的翻糖膏擀成片,注意不要过于薄
  • 3.将翻糖膏轻移盖在已涂抹奶油的蛋糕坯上
  • 4.用滚轮刀切去四周多余的部分
  • 5.用压板将蛋糕表面整理压平
  • 6.取原色翻糖膏捏成一个椭圆形
  • 7.再捏出一块小一些的,如图
  • 8.用圆头工具压一下
  • 9.捏好的雪娃娃的身体、四肢、头部
  • 10.组合起来,衔接处用蜂蜜粘一下
  • 11.再取彩色的捏出眼睛和鼻子
  • 12.给雪娃娃粘上眼睛和鼻子
  • 13.取一块紫色的翻糖膏擀平
  • 14.切出一个小块,并随意压出花纹,如图
  • 15.连接起来戴在雪娃娃的头上
  • 16.看起来不太完美,又做了一个流苏
  • 17.粘上之后,看起来好很多
  • 18.用工具给雪娃娃压出微笑的嘴巴
  • 19.将紫色和白色翻糖膏,搓出两个圆条
  • 20.并排放在一起,擀成长条
  • 21.两端切出流苏
  • 22.围在雪娃娃的脖子上,是不是看起来很温暖了
  • 23.同样的方法再给他做一个女朋友,加上红红的脸蛋就是女娃娃了
  • 24.用模具刻出雪花
  • 25.粘在蛋糕体合适的位置上
  • 26.最后再点缀一下蛋糕的四周,就完成了
