  • 姜粉1克
  • 胡椒粉1克

Steps to make 天妇罗炸虾

  • 1.准备食材:青虾、裹炸粉、面包糠、鸡蛋等;
  • 2.青虾解冻、用牙签去虾线、剪刀去腮; PS:虾线可以用牙签在背部挑开,很容易去虾线。
  • 3.用烧烤签把虾串起来,放盐、姜粉、胡椒粉腌制10分钟;
  • 4.裹炸粉加适量的水拌均成浆糊,均匀裹在虾身上;
  • 5.再蘸上蛋液、裹上裹炸粉;
  • 6.热锅,倒油,油温达到150度左右,放入虾炸;
  • 7.炸至金黄色,捞出,把油温调高到180度,第二炸;
  • 8.炸好之后,用吸油纸把多余的油脂吸干即可
