糖醋带鱼

  • 白胡椒粉1/3匙

  • 米醋4勺

Steps to make 糖醋带鱼

  • 1.带鱼去掉内脏后切段。
  • 2.锅中加入植物油,带鱼段先蘸面粉,再蘸蛋液,放入锅中煎至两面金黄。
  • 3.白糖,盐,白胡椒粉,生抽和米醋拌匀。
  • 4.煎鱼余油炒香葱姜。
  • 5.倒入糖醋汁,加入少许清水,烧开后继续煮3分钟。
  • 6.放入带鱼段迅速颠匀,加入水淀粉勾芡即可。
