豆腐可是好东西,它营养丰富,含有铁、钙、磷、镁等人体必需的多种微量元素,还含有糖类、植物油和丰富的优质蛋白,素有“植物肉”之美称。
豆腐为补益清热养生食品,经常吃豆腐,可补中益气、清热润燥、生津止渴、清洁肠胃。是儿童、病弱者及老年人补充营养的食疗佳品。因为豆腐的消化吸收率达95%以上。

可豆腐虽然好,可别一下吃太多,因为它含有太多的蛋白质,一次食用过多不仅阻碍人体对铁的吸收,而且容易引起蛋白质消化不良,出现腹胀、腹泻尼,呵呵,反正无论怎样好的东西,吃太多都无益,两小块豆腐,就可以满足一个人一天钙的需要量。

  • 1.把所有材料准备好。
  • 2.豆腐洗净,切成长块。
  • 3.蒜头和姜片去皮,并剁成茸。
  • 4.辣椒洗净,切成丝。
  • 5.把切好的辣椒丝、蒜蓉、姜蓉放进碗中。
  • 6.加入所有调料,拌匀备用。
  • 7.热锅下油。
  • 8.油烧至7成热时,放入豆腐。
  • 9.中小火煎至两面金黄。
  • 10.加入调好的调料。
  • 11.轻轻拌炒均匀,中小火煎3分钟即可。
  • 12.上碟,开吃。
